In this Lab the student are trained for receiving information, billing, and guest registration and guest relation. In addition emphasis on communication skills, social skills, and handling of different type of situations.

The institute has a well equipped computer lab at campus, where student are taught the use of latest information technologies in day to day management. The Lab is on multi user environment, LAN , working on Windows. Students of Preston institute of hotel management & catering technology have access to large numbers of books, resource materials and magazines. Eligibility Criteria:Candidate who has qualified 10+2 with English.
Age: GEN/OBC 25 years & SC/ST 28 years. Admission procedure: Admissions will be made strictly according to the rules and procedures laid down by the NCHMCT Norms. Admission done by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Noida-201309 & IGNOU, New Delhi. The admission will be taken by Preston Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior.
Duration: 1 year 6 months.
Seat Available: Total intake of Diploma program is 40 students in each stream.
